Knowledge of air ticket reservation systems and expertise in, Amadeus, Galileo is preferred.
- Experience in customer service/operations and sales.
- Ability to handle a high volume of requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to actively listen to clients and respond with empathy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- 2-3 Years experience in Ticketing and reservation.
- Also knowledge of preparing itineraries and customer handling and knowledge of visa & operation.
- Need highly Experienced person.
Pay: ₹9,237.33 - ₹15,000.00 per month
