Position: Production Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily production activities as per schedule
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company policies
- Supervise production staff and machine operators
- Monitor manufacturing processes (granulation, compression, filling, packing, etc.)
- Maintain BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) documentation
- Ensure proper line clearance before and after production
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Warehouse departments
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards in production area
- Report daily production status to management
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Understanding of GMP and regulatory guidelines
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, documentation work)
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Pharma / M.Pharma / B.Sc (Chemistry)
- 2-5 years experience in pharmaceutical production
- Experience in tablets, capsules, syrups, or protein section preferred
