About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Validator to join our Operations team in Mumbai.
This role involves reviewing and validating supplier data and documents submitted on the Achilles platform to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined standards.

You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers, and the role requires solid attention to detail, process discipline, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

Data Validation & Quality
- Review supplier questionnaires and supporting documents
- Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards
- Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and follow up for corrections
- Update and maintain supplier records in internal systems and CRM tools
- Maintain accurate logs of all supplier communication
- Review and process non-standard data requests where applicable

Process & Productivity
- Manage daily work through CRM queues
- Complete validations within agreed timelines (SLAs)
- Support timely publication of validated data on the system




- Track document expiry and renewal timelines and flag issues to relevant teams

Collaboration & Team Support
- Work closely with Supplier Account Managers for smooth customer experience
- Respond promptly and clearly to internal and external queries
- Participate in daily huddles, reviews, and team meetings

Continuous Improvement
- Follow defined processes, protocols, and quality standards
- Share suggestions for process and efficiency improvements
- Participate in training and skill development sessions

Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good computer skills (MS Office, databases, CRM tools)
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
