Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and modernize existing codebases for integration and performance improvements.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions for predictive, prescriptive analytics and unsupervised/reinforcement learning.
- Architect data pipelines for advanced analytics and real-time processing.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across systems.
- Drive initiatives using Generative AI, Digital Twins and advanced NLP.
- Design prompt engineering strategies for enterprise AI use cases.
- Explore emerging technologies like LangChain, Haystack, Hugging Face to enhance automation and intelligent decision-making.
- Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation and innovation best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in API design, development, and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).




- Solid understanding of Machine Algorithm models and Data Pipelines for enterprise scale.
- Experience with open-source frameworks and tools for AI, Data Science, and enterprise development.
- Proficiency in deploying and managing solutions on on-prem infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of security and compliance best practices for on-prem environments.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus).
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Data Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture with at least 2 - 3 years in AI/ML projects.
