Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Initiating contact with prospective customers to sell products/services, setting appointments, and converting leads.
- Customer Interaction: Utilizing, but adapting, scripts to explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Sales Process Management: Handling customer inquiries, overcoming objections, closing sales, and processing orders.
- Data Management: Accurately updating CRM systems with customer contact details, call notes, and follow-up actions.
- Goal Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly quotas for call volume, leads generated, or sales closed.
