- If you are a supply chain professional with experience in project execution and expediting, Emerson has an exciting prospect for you As a Procurement Execution and Expediting Engineer, you will be part of the Measurement Solutions team based in the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of orders by closely monitoring vendor progress, coordinating documentation, and driving on-time delivery to meet project schedules. You will work with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers to resolve delays, manage escalations, and ensure compliance with quality and documentation requirements.

Documentation & Approvals
- Follow up on drawings and document submissions from vendors.
- Coordinate with Project Managers for customer approvals on documents.
- Provide timely updates to Buyers regarding document approvals from customers.
- Drive closure of pending documentation to avoid delays.
Order Execution & Monitoring
- Monitor production status and track delivery schedules.
- Follow up on inspections and approvals at vendor facilities.
- Arrange shipping documents and coordinate vendor logistics (if applicable).
- Manage vendor communication throughout project execution.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on order status.
Quality & Compliance
- Coordinate material inspection and quality verification at Emerson warehouse.
- Handle rejection of materials, including vendor coordination and internal escalation.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCR) and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and resolve technical deviations during execution.
Expediting & Escalation
- Handle urgent requirements and expedite requests as needed.
- Manage delays and escalate issues promptly to avoid impact on project timelines.
