Job Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing MIS Executive to manage marketing and sales data, generate MIS reports, and prepare performance dashboards to support decision-making for our Lighting Division.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the marketing and sales teams
- Maintain sales data, customer databases, and order tracking reports
- Generate target vs achievement and performance reports
- Support the marketing team with data analysis and presentations
- Ensure data accuracy in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Track enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams for timely data updates




- Prepare management dashboards and summary reports

Required Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts)
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems
- Positive understanding of marketing and sales reporting
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy

Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce / Management / Any relevant field

Experience Required:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant MIS or marketing reporting experience
