- Assess crop quality, quantity, and harvesting schedules

Market & Buyer Sales
- Sell fresh vegetables to Pune Market Yard, local mandis, wholesalers, retailers, hotels, and bulk buyers
- Negotiate pricing to ensure fair returns for farmers and sustainable margins

Supply Chain Coordination
- Plan daily pickup, transportation, and delivery
- Ensure freshness, timely movement, and minimum wastage

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and buyers
- Act as a reliable link between farm and market

Pricing & Market Intelligence
- Track daily mandi prices and demand trends
- Identify high-demand vegetables and profitable markets

Quality Control
- Oversee grading, sorting, and basic packaging
- Reject damaged or substandard produce

Reporting
- Maintain daily records of sales, quantities, pricing, and payments
- Share regular updates with management




- Experience in agriculture, vegetable trading, or agri sales preferred
- Robust knowledge of local mandis and vegetable markets:
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing ability
- Willingness to work in field conditions and early morning hours:
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
- Proficiency in local language (mandatory)
