- Edit videos for luxury real estate and township projects, including property walkthroughs, lifestyle films, promotional reels, site progress videos, and brand content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to maintain premium brand aesthetics.
- Manage raw footage, timelines, and multiple edits while ensuring on-time delivery.
- Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, background music, and subtitles as per brand guidelines.
- Optimize videos for social media platforms, websites, digital campaigns, and presentations.
- Ensure consistency in visual storytelling aligned with luxury branding standards.

Job Expectations:
- Prior exposure to luxury residential, township developments, villas, or mixed-use projects preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Working knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and basic motion graphics.
- Solid eye for detail, composition, and luxury-focused storytelling

Minimum Qualification: Batchelor’s in mass media or relevant stream

Minimum Job Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Video Editor in Real Estate or Luxury Township projects (mandatory).
