Job Overview

We are hiring a Dealer Sales Executive for the channel sales in the Delhi NCR market. The role involves dealer onboarding, secondary sales execution, market expansion, and contractor/influencer engagement across assigned territories.

This is a field sales role and requires strong local market knowledge of construction materials and interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Appoint, manage, and grow Gyproc dealers & distributors in assigned NCR territories
- Drive secondary sales, monthly targets, and beat-level execution
- Conduct dealer visits, market working, and product promotion activities
- Expand reach among contractors, applicators, interior contractors, and influencers
- Ensure visibility, schemes execution, and pricing discipline at dealer counters
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and demand trends




- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and collections
- Maintain daily sales reports, dealer MIS, and beat plans
- 1-4 years of experience in dealer/channel sales
- Experience in Gypsum boards, cement, paints, tiles, plywood, hardware, or building materials preferred
- Strong understanding of Delhi NCR construction & interiors market
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in field sales environment

Mandatory Requirements
- 2-wheeler (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned NCR areas
