Managing OT Operations:
- Managing OT Operations & Oversee the day-to-day operations of the operation theater, ensuring it is ready for all scheduled surgeries.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure surgeries are performed efficiently.
- Monitor the overall workflow of the OT, ensuring all surgical procedures are carried out on time.
- Supervise OT nurses, technicians, and support staff, ensuring they perform their duties as per hospital protocols.
- Provide training to recent staff on OT procedures, safety protocols, sterilization, and emergency procedures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to ensure high standards of care.
- Facilitate communication between the surgical team, nursing staff, anesthetists, and administration.
- Report any critical issues, accidents, or near misses to hospital management or relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Radiology, Pathology, and ICU to ensure seamless patient care.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

Experience:
- Operation Theatre Incharge: 3 years (required)
