Lab Supervisor -The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation and administration of the laboratory services at the QMC.
- Support Quality manager /Medical Director in maintaining QMS in department.
- Review / Authorize lab reports.
- Ensure lab reports are issued within defined TAT.
- Monitor day-to-day all quality related issues of the laboratory.
- Ensure regular training of the technicians.
- Review LJ graphs before sample analysis
- Ensure equipment maintenance as per schedule.
- Plan and implement appropriate CAPA for QC & EQAS outliers.
- Conduct Monthly audits for lab and sample collection activities.
- Participate in EQAS & inter-laboratory comparison program, review the report.
- Maintain quality documents and records as laid out of the standard.
- Ensure document control in the lab.
- Ensure compliance to BMW guidelines.
- Inventory management




- Ensure optimal utilization of reagents with mínimal wastage.
- Prepare Duty Roster of Technicians in accordance to the sample flow and to maintain TAT.
- Coordinate with Centre Manager regards to day-to-day functioning of the laboratory.
- Ensure upkeep of all equipment and instruments (minor and major). Record any maintenance/breakdown.
- Ensure critical results are notified as soon as possible.
- Closely work with IT Team for smooth operations of the lab.
- Provide timely updates (daily, weekly & monthly) pertaining to all sections to the lab director.
- Any other work related to laboratory, as instructed by the Lab director.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
