Bachlor's or Master's Degree in Agriculture/Seed Technology.
- Should be able to design and generate robust standard operating processes (SOPs) for monitoring field production of various vegetables and field crops.
- Develop and implement detailed inspection plans and checklists for field quality evaluations.
- Conduct regular audits of field operations to assess crop quality and adherence to established protocols.
- Analyze data from field inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Work closely with field production teams to ensure proper procedures are followed during all stages of crop growth and development.
- Identify and address any non-conformances with established quality standards.
- Implement best practices for field production to optimize quality and yield.




- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to field production and quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate records of all field activities and production data, design and generate meaningful reports on regular basis.
- Conduct training programs for the PRD team on quality assurance procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production in-charges and team members, to ensure quality objectives are met.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
