Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Assist users with system setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Support day-to-day IT operations and resolve technical queries
Work with tools like MS Office, Google Admin, MS Admin, OneDrive, antivirus, and Android devices
Requirements:
ITI or Diploma in IT
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP)
Valuable problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
