Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Flipkart,messho, etc.)
- Upload and update product details, images, pricing, and descriptions.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalations.
- Track inventory levels and update stock availability.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (freshers can be considered)
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data management.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Better Product Listings than increse sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
