We are looking for an experienced and energetic Principal to lead a CBSE-affiliated school in Bidar. The role requires strong academic leadership, effective people management, and the ability to drive overall school growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the school
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum
- Lead and mentor teachers and school leadership teams
- Maintain CBSE compliance, documentation, and inspection readiness
- Oversee student performance, discipline, and overall school culture
- Work closely with management on academic planning and operations

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Ed is mandatory
- Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience, with prior experience as Vice Principal / Principal preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior CBSE school experience is essential
