This role requires someone who understands current content trends, knows how to create high-engagement short-form and long-form videos, and can consistently grow social media presence through quality visuals and smart distribution. This is an execution-heavy role, not a coordination role. --- Key Responsibilities Video Shooting & Production Shoot high-quality videos inside the office for brand, marketing, and internal content. Set up and manage podcast-style video shoots, including camera placement, lighting,



and basic audio coordination. Plan shots, angles, and framing suitable for long-form and short-form content. Must use own camera and basic shooting equipment. Video Editing & Content Creation Edit long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts, interviews) and short-form clips (Reels, Shorts, social snippets). Create trend-aligned edits optimized for engagement, retention, and reach. Add subtitles, transitions, hooks, cuts, and effects as per current social media trends. Repurpose long content into multiple short clips for maximum output. Social Media Management & Growth Manage posting schedules across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others as required. Ensure consistent content flow and brand-aligned visuals.
