As a Mental Health Social Worker, your main goal is to help people manage mental health challenges and improve their quality of life. You will provide emotional support, teach coping skills, and help clients find the resources they need to thrive.

Daily Tasks
- Talk to Clients: Meet with individuals or groups to talk through their feelings, challenges, and goals.
- Assess Needs: Figure out what a client is struggling with (like anxiety, depression, or trauma) and what kind of help they need.
- Create Plans: Work with the client to make a "road map" for their recovery.
- Handle Crises: Help clients stay safe during emergencies or mental health breakdowns.
- Connect to Help: Help clients find housing, food assistance, or medical care.
- Keep Records: Write down notes about meetings to track progress and stay organized.
