Job Title: CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machine Operator & Setter

Job Summary:
The CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machine Operator & Setter is responsible for setting up and operating CNC cylindrical grinding machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setting (Setter):
- Set up CNC cylindrical grinding machines for new and repeat jobs
- Select, mount, and dress grinding wheels as per job requirements
- Set work offsets, tool offsets, and grinding parameters
- Perform trial runs and make necessary adjustments

Machine Operation (Operator):
- Operate CNC cylindrical grinding machines safely and efficiently
- Load and unload components during production.

Skills & Qualifications:
- 10th/ 12th/ITI/ Diploma / BE or any degree

Experience:
- 1-8 years of experience as CNC Cylindrical Grinding Operator / Setter

Working Conditions:
- Shop-floor manufacturing environment
- Rotational shifts may be required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
