Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: Graduation in BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing growth strategies to increase market presence
- Support day-to-day office operations, coordination, and process improvement
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Identify new opportunities for sales channels, partnerships, and distribution
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data insights for management review
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution




- Help streamline internal workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
- Track performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of business and office operations:
- Critical and analytical thinking to identify growth opportunities
- Ability to evaluate market data and convert insights into strategies
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment
