Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our rapid growth by hiring high-quality sales talent across levels. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their HR/recruitment career who is eager to learn end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (Inside and Field Sales)




- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Support employer branding and hiring drives as required

Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong interest in TA can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, result-oriented, and comfortable with bulk/target-based hiring
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic understanding of sales roles is a plus
