Job Summary
Location: Ahmedabad
Exp requried: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate (FTO), and validity analyses
- Advise internal teams on IP strategy, invention disclosures, and portfolio development
- Manage patent prosecution before patent offices
- Handle patent licensing, assignments, and technology transfer agreements
- Monitor competitor patent activity and provide risk assessments
- Support patent litigation matters, including coordination with external counsel
- Ensure compliance with IP laws, regulations, and company policies
Time: 09:30am to 06:00pm
Days: Monday to Saturday (Sat 09:30am to 03:00 pm)
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Patent: 5 years (required)
- Drafting: 3 years (required)
