Job Title: Domain Trainer - Multi Skill Technician (Home Appliances)

The Domain Trainer - Multi Skill Technician (Home Appliances) is responsible for delivering high-quality technical training on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of home appliances. The trainer ensures trainees gain hands-on skills, industry-relevant knowledge, and workplace readiness in line with curriculum and certification standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on home appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, microwave ovens, and water purifiers
- Train students in installation, servicing, fault diagnosis, and repair techniques
- Demonstrate secure use of tools, equipment, and testing instruments
- Follow approved curriculum, lesson plans, and training schedules
- Conduct practical assessments, tests, and evaluations of trainees
- Maintain training labs, tools, and equipment in good working condition
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and industry standards




- Support students in developing employability and workplace skills
- Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports
- Stay updated with new technologies and appliance models

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / ITI / Certification in Electrical, Electronics, or Home Appliance Repair
- Certified Multi Skill Technician (Home Appliances) preferred
- Strong practical knowledge of major home appliances
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation

Experience
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in home appliance servicing or repair
- Prior training or teaching experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
