Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Executive / Officer - Formulation R&D; with hands-on experience in oral solid dosage (OSD) formulations. The role involves formulation development, optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulation development and optimization of OSD products (tablets & capsules)
- Conduct formulation trials, compatibility studies, and process optimization




- Support scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing
- Prepare and maintain R&D; documentation (development reports, protocols, SOPs)
- Participate in pilot, exhibit, and validation batches
- Ensure adherence to cGMP and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with Analytical R&D;, QA, Production, and Regulatory Affairs
- Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges

Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of OSD formulation development
- Knowledge of cGMP and regulated market requirements
- Experience in scale-up and tech transfer activities
- Good documentation and technical writing skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience
- Exposure to regulated markets (US/EU)
- Experience with IR and/or MR formulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
