Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive to counsel students and parents over the phone regarding our educational courses, admissions, and services. The role involves lead follow-ups, admission support, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students/parents from enquiry databases
- Handle inbound calls related to courses, fees, and admissions
- Explain course details, eligibility, duration, and benefits
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions
- Schedule counseling sessions or campus visits
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student details in CRM
- Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets




- Address basic student and parent queries professionally
- Coordinate with counselors and academic teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass / Any graduate:
- Experience in education telecalling or counseling preferred
- Strong communication skills in English & local language:
- Positive convincing and interpersonal skills
- Student-friendly and patient approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,585.01 per month
