- Key Responsibilities Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research.
- Pitch and present GKMT IT’s marketing and IT solutions to potential clients. Build, develop, and retain long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively within tight timelines.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports with insights on progress toward monthly goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).




- 3-7 years of proven experience in sales/business development within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong record of achieving high monthly sales and exceeding revenue goals.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services, branding, and IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
