About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Geography to Classes IX-XII in accordance with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments aligned with CBSE standards.
- Explain geographical concepts, maps, diagrams, and case studies in a clear and engaging manner.
- Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, and environmental awareness among students.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and academic progress.
- Integrate ICT tools, maps, models, and digital resources in teaching-learning processes.
- Participate actively in academic planning, staff meetings, trainings, and school activities.
- Support students in board examination preparation and internal assessments.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Eligibility Criteria




- Master’s Degree in Geography from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience at secondary/senior secondary level (CBSE preferred).
- Valuable communication skills in English (written and spoken).
