Job Summary

The Production Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily jewellery manufacturing operations to ensure timely production, quality compliance, and optimal use of resources. The role involves close coordination with design, QC, and inventory teams to meet production targets while maintaining craftsmanship standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Execution
- Execute daily and weekly production plans as per order requirements
- Allocate work to karigars and production teams based on skills and timelines
- Monitor production flow to ensure on-time completion of orders

Quality Control
- Ensure jewellery meets design specifications, weight, finishing, and quality standards
- Coordinate with QC team to reduce rework and rejection
- Maintain consistency in craftsmanship across batches

Process & Workflow Management
- Monitor each stage of manufacturing (casting, filing, setting, polishing, finishing, etc.)




- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
- Ensure SOPs and safety standards are followed on the shop floor

Inventory & Material Control
- Track gold, silver, stones, and consumables issued for production
- Coordinate with stores for material availability and reconciliation
- Minimize material loss, wastage, and pilferage

Team Coordination
- Act as a link between design, production, and QC teams
- Guide and supervise karigars and technicians
- Support training and skill development of workers

Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily production reports, job cards, and work-in-progress status
- Report delays, quality issues, or material discrepancies to management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
