1.Collect daily production plan from masters and set shift-wise targets

2. Daily Brief operators on plan, quality parameters, and daily production goals

3. Daily or As Required Check machine load, tension, and ensure necessary settings and maintenance

4. Daily Monitor production process, ensure correct parameters, and minimize downtime

5. Daily Inspect product quality, coordinate with QC for rejection or rework handling

6. Daily Arrange and issue required material to machines and coordinate with store

7. Assign operators and helpers for production and shifting tasks

8. Ensure material is properly covered and shifted to next process (boiler)

9. Update daily production sheet with machine, operator, quality, and weight details

10. Report daily production status and issues to master or production head

11. As required Coordinate with maintenance team for any breakdown or preventive maintenance needs

12. Daily Ensure PPE usage, cleanliness and all.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
