Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support marketing and sales campaigns by providing insights from customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; diploma/certification in sales/marketing is a plus
