Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs, drawings, and blueprints using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget constraints
- Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations
- Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved designs
- Review and approve material selections, finishes, and specifications
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines
- Modify and revise designs based on client feedback and site conditions
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Architectural Designer
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar architectural design software
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials

Preferred Skills
- Experience with 3D rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max)
- Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices
- Familiarity with structural and MEP coordination
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawings and construction documents
- Experience in residential and commercial projects
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities

Work Schedule
- Full time position
- Monday to Saturday
- Office-based
