Job Summary

The Clinical Beauty Therapist is responsible for delivering advanced skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments using clinical-grade equipment and products, in line with Lakmé standards. The role focuses on client consultation, treatment execution, safety, hygiene, and achieving visible results while ensuring a premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed skin and hair consultations, analysis, and treatment planning
- Perform clinical and advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
- Laser hair reduction
- Advanced facials and peels
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Acne, pigmentation, and anti-aging therapies
- Operate and maintain clinical machines and equipment safely
- Follow Lakmé protocols, SOPs, and hygiene standards strictly
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and consent forms
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, home care routines, and products
- Upsell and cross-sell Lakmé products and treatment packages ethically
- Monitor client progress and manage follow-up sessions




- Handle client queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Stay updated on latest aesthetic technologies and trends:
- Assist in achieving salon/clinic revenue and service targets

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / Certification in Clinical Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Beauty Therapy:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or advanced salon setup
- Strong knowledge of skin science, hair science, and cosmetic procedures:
- Experience with clinical machines (laser, RF, etc.) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric attitude with a professional appearance
- Ability to work in shifts and meet performance targets
