Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons
- Build students’ reading, writing, numeracy, and communication skills:
- Use activity-based learning, worksheets, and teaching aids
- Assess student progress and maintain academic records
- Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment
- Integrate moral values, life skills, and creativity into teaching
- Use smart boards and digital tools effectively
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
- Participate in school events, trainings, and staff meetings

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- D.El.Ed / B.Ed (mandatory)




- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Primary classes (preferred)
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and child-centric pedagogy
