Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain compliance with internal hiring policies and labor regulations.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring if required.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of recruitment life cycle:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously




- Stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills
- Time management and deadline-driven approach
- Knowledge of HRMS / ATS systems (preferred)

Qualification
- Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification (preferred)

Preferred Experience
- Experience in volume hiring and lateral hiring:
- Exposure to manufacturing / corporate hiring environment
- Familiarity with labor laws related to hiring

Job Location: Surat, Ichhapore

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,644.76 per month
