Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Gurugram

Employment Type: Internship (3-6 months)

Stipend: Rs.30,000 per month

What You Will Do

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will:
Assist in Campaign Execution
- Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, Google).
- Assist in ad setup, monitoring, and optimization for performance.

Social Media & Community
- Curate, schedule, & publish content aligned with brand voice.
- Engage with audiences, reply to comments/messages under guidance.
- Track social community growth & trends.

Content Support
- Draft short-form content: captions, posts, basic blog write-ups.
- Contribute creative ideas for reels, carousels, & visual posts.

Analytics & Reporting
- Collect campaign and social performance data (reach, engagement, CTR).
- Prepare weekly performance reports with insights.
- Support growth experiments backed by data analysis.

SEO & Web Support
- Assist with basic on-page SEO tasks.
- Monitor website traffic using analytics tools.

Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing trends & tools.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Comfortable with data and analytics basics.
- Creative thinker with proactive attitude.

Valuable-to-Have:
- Familiarity with social media tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms.
- Prior internship or project work in marketing (not mandatory).
