Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and physically verify all returned products received from marketplaces, ensuring item condition, SKU matching, and discrepancy identification.:
- Open and document returned shipments accurately, including photography, condition notes, and system tagging as per SOP.
- Raise claims for missing, damaged, wrong, or short shipments with complete and platformcompliant documentation.:
- Manage and update returns and claims records in OMS/ERP and marketplace portals. Track pending claims, follow up with platforms and courier partners, and ensure timely claim closure and recovery.:
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, customer support, and platform representatives for issue resolution.
- Ensure returns processing timelines are met and aligned with company and platform policies.:
- Monitor claim rejection reasons and escalate recurring issues for corrective action. Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports covering returns volume, claim status, recoveries, rejections, and ageing.:
- Support audits and reviews by maintaining explicit,



systematic documentation for all returns and claims.

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of returns workflows, claims logic, and recovery processes across marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, Meesho portals.
- Good proficiency in Excel and documentation management.
- High attention to detail with a process-oriented and disciplined approach.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Background:
- Experience working with fashion or ethnicwear brands, where returns, size issues, and QC claims are frequent.
- Exposure to high-volume return environments with platform-led claim processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
