Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Drawings
- Assist in preparing concept designs, layout plans, and working drawings:
- Draft 2D drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details)
- Support 3D modeling & basic rendering for presentations
- Revise drawings based on client and senior architect feedback

Site Coordination
- Visit sites regularly to check execution as per drawings:
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other vendors:
- Assist in solving site-level technical issues

Documentation & Support
- Prepare BOQs, basic material specifications, and measurement drawings:
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and project files
- Support senior architects during client meetings and presentations

Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)




- Basic knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion / Enscape (preferred)
- Understanding of building materials & construction methods:
- Knowledge of residential architectural and interior detailing

Soft Skills
- Valuable communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred)
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Site-handling attitude and problem-solving mindset
