About the Role
We are looking for an Admissions Counsellor to guide students and parents through the admission process for our Inter and Degree programs. The role focuses on student counseling, lead conversion, and supporting enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding Inter and Degree courses
- Explain program details, fees structure, and admission procedures
- Handle walk-in enquiries and campus visit counseling
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
- Follow up with prospective students and parents
- Coordinate with telecallers, PROs, and academic teams
- Maintain accurate admission and enquiry records
- Support admission planning and enrollment targets
Eligibility & Experience
- Experience in admissions counseling preferred
- Experience in education sector is an advantage
- Freshers with robust communication skills can apply
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities
- Professional attitude and student-focused approach
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
