Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production of Corian solid surface sheets, countertops, and fabricated products.
- Plan, organize, and control production schedules to achieve targets.
- Monitor raw material usage, wastage, and ensure proper inventory control.
- Oversee fabrication processes such as cutting, joining, thermoforming, sanding, and finishing.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, finishing requirements, and company specifications.
- Train, guide, and monitor production staff to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the design, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain machinery, tools, and equipment in positive working condition.
- Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports and share updates with management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
