WE ARE HIRING - PRESCHOOL TEACHER

We are looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our preschool. The teacher will be responsible for nurturing young children, planning age-appropriate activities, and creating a safe, happy, and engaging learning environment.

Age Group: 2-6 years

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate activities that support early learning.
- Use play-based, experiential, and hands-on teaching methods.
- Encourage children’s creativity, imagination, and self-expression through art, music, stories, and games.
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s growth and developmental milestones.
- Promote good habits, independence, and positive behavior.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan events, celebrations, and activities.




- Follow preschool safety, hygiene, and classroom management guidelines

Qualification:
- Graduate with child Development course & 1 years experience in Preschool

Skills Required:
- Creativity and imagination in planning activities and lessons
- Ability to use play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning methods
- Excellent communication skills (with children, parents, and staff)
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude:
- Classroom management and positive behavior guidance skills
- Ability to observe and understand child development milestones:
- Storytelling, singing, art & craft, and rhymes skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Basic time management and organizational skills
- Awareness of safety, hygiene, and child care practices

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
