Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement soft skills training modules for students across classes (as per requirement).
- Conduct interactive sessions on topics such as:
- Communication Skills (verbal & written)
- Public Speaking & Presentation
- Leadership & Teamwork
- Time Management & Goal Setting
- Emotional Intelligence & Stress Management
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving
- Personal effectiveness, Etiquette, and Professionalism
- Facilitate workshops, group activities, role-plays, and experiential learning exercises.
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere encouraging confidence and self-awareness.
- Collaborate with teachers and coordinators to integrate soft skills into school activities.
- Support student preparation for intra-/inter-school competitions, group discussions, and interviews.




- Maintain training records and prepare progress reports.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, English, Education, Human Resources, Communication, or related field.
- Master’s Degree or relevant certification in training & development, counseling, or soft skills preferred.
- Additional certifications (e.g., NLP, personality development coaching, skilled communication) are an advantage.

- Strong ability to engage and inspire students.
- Creative facilitation techniques and interactive teaching methods.
- Good understanding of adolescent behavior and developmental psychology.
- Confidence with public speaking and workshop delivery.

Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in soft skills training,
