Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital platforms
- Explain course details, curriculum, fees, and benefits clearly
- Counsel students and parents about suitable courses
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and enrollment targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams when required

Required Skills:
- Positive communication skills (English & local language preferred)
- Confident, persuasive, and polite phone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing courses (training can be provided)
- Ability to handle objections and close leads
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets is a plus)





Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or education counseling
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an added advantage
