Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, modify, and cancel reservations in the system
- Provide information on rates, availability, promotions, and policies
- Upsell services and maximize revenue where appropriate
- Coordinate with front office, sales, and operations teams
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain updated records and ensure data accuracy
- Follow company procedures and service standards at all times

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Proven experience in reservations, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Versatile to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required

Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospitality or travel industry
- Knowledge of booking platforms and PMS systems
- Sales-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
