Job ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Draughtsman
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed design documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams for fully integrated and clash-free designs.
- Ensure compliance with authority regulations, building codes, and project standards.
- Prepare presentation drawings, 3D views, and renderings as required.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and coordination comments.
- Support authority submissions and NOC documentation.

MEP Draughtsman
- Prepare detailed MEP drawings including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.




- Develop layouts, schematics, and coordinated drawings as per UAE authority standards.
- Coordinate MEP drawings with Architectural and Structural teams to avoid clashes.
- Prepare drawings for authority submissions and NOC approvals.
- Revise drawings based on authority comments and design coordination.
- Assist engineers during design development and coordination meetings.

RequirementsArchitectural Draughtsman
- Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Draughtsmanship.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural drafting/design consultancy
- (UAE project experience is an advantage)._
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- (Lumion / Photoshop knowledge is an advantage)._
- Robust understanding of construction details, materials, and standards.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

MEP Draughtsman
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or MEP Draughtsmanship.
- Minimum 3 y
