Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff.
- Infection Control & Compliance: Ensure all areas, especially sterile zones, meet health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Quality Inspection: Conduct daily, regular, and surprise inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock is maintained.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to manage patient room turnovers, discharges, and deep cleaning schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a housekeeping role, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and proper use of cleaning chemicals/equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
