Job Summary

As a Sales Counselor at Sakhiya Skin Clinic, you are the _first point of contact_ for potential clients. Your main role is to guide, inform, and convert inquiries into confirmed treatment bookings while delivering a friendly and professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities Client Interaction & Counseling
- Greet and assist walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries professionally.
- Understand clients’ skin/hair concerns and recommend suitable treatments or services.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, expected results, pricing, and package details clearly.
- Counsel clients on available offers and explain financing/EMI options if applicable.

Sales & Follow-Up
- Convert inquiries and consultations into confirmed appointments or treatment plans.
- Maintain a high lead conversion rate and meet monthly sales/revenue targets.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients regularly via calls, messages, and CRM tools.

Record Keeping & Coordination




- Maintain accurate client records, appointments, and follow-up logs.
- Coordinate with doctors, dermatologists, and treatment teams to ensure seamless patient service.
- Collect patient feedback and escalate issues to managers when needed.

Additional Support
- Stay updated on the clinic’s treatment offerings and protocols.
- Participate in marketing events, health camps, and promotional activities if required.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream) — healthcare or communication background preferred.
Prior experience in sales, counseling, hospitality, healthcare, or beauty industry preferred but freshers may be considered.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Robust presentation, persuasive selling, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a professional and presentable grooming.
Basic computer / CRM knowledge.
