Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Intern who can visually translate our course workflows, curriculum strategies, and learning journeys into engaging designs and explainer videos. The role begins with a 1-month internship with completion certificate, followed by paid probation from the 2nd month based on performance and KPI achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create explainer videos for course workflows, curriculum structure, and student journeys
- Design and redesign brochures, pitch decks, presentations, and course visuals:
- Develop creatives for social media, ads, landing pages, and internal training material:
- Support digital marketing campaigns with visual assets
- Ensure brand consistency, clarity, and timely delivery of all creatives

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Explainer Videos: Minimum 6-8 high-quality explainer videos/month with clear workflow communication
- Design Output: Completion of 10-15 design assets/month (brochures, presentations, creatives)
- Revision Efficiency:



Final approval within 2 revision cycles for at least 80% of deliverables
- Timeliness:95% on-time delivery of assigned tasks
- Brand Accuracy: Zero major brand or content errors in final submissions
- Collaboration: Positive feedback from academic and marketing teams

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Canva / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / After Effects / Premiere Pro

Stipend & Structure:
- Month 1: Internship/Certification Based(Training + Evaluation)
- Month 2 onwards: Paid Probation - ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month, linked to KPI performance
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and visual branding:
- Ability to convert academic or complex content into simple, engaging visuals:
- Solid communication and time-management skills
