Craigavon TV Service Centre Limited repairs televisions on behalf of all major manufacturers (including Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, LG, Philips and TCL) and electrical retailers throughout UK and Ireland, from our three TV repair workshops which are in Northern Ireland, and Cheshire and Bristol in England.

We have staff based in Northern Ireland, and Cheshire and Bristol. We also have remote staff in Pakistan and Philippines. Our teams are fully integrated regardless of geographical location.

We are in the top five TV repairers in UK / IRL and are growing.

We require an additional TV repair engineer to remotely triage (diagnose) faults in customers' televisions.This is a work-from-home position which will use your considerable knowledge and experience to diagnose faults from information including model number, customer's fault description, photos and videos of the fault.

You will have access to our systems and our staff communicate with each other mainly through Slack.

You will be required to work UK hours,



and will work 40 hours a week.You will have 15 paid days off work a year.

A high level of spoken and written English is essential.

Qualifications/ Experience:
You must have extensive experience of repairing televisions in a manufacturer-approved TV service centre. Experience of repairing televisions to manufacturer standard and experienced in repairing in-warranty televisions. Be fully flexible, have valuable interpersonal skills and work to targets. Must be computer literate and have an interest in technology.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
