Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Write customized, compelling, and professional proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate with potential clients via platform chat and follow up effectively.
- Understand project scope, timelines, and budgets before bidding.
- Coordinate with internal technical/design teams to clarify project details.
- Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions.
- Negotiate project terms and assist in closing deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a freelance bidder or online business development executive.
- Strong knowledge of freelancing platforms and their bidding algorithms.
- Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills.
- Ability to understand technical services (Web, App, UI/UX, SaaS, OTT, AI, etc.).




- Result-oriented with strong lead conversion skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience bidding for IT services, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, OTT platforms, or AI solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM tools or bid-tracking sheets.
- Experience working with startups or agencies.
