The Customer Relationship Manager plays a key role in maintaining smooth business operations by coordinating between clients, Area Sales Managers, distributors, and the internal team. The role focuses on generating and managing orders, ensuring timely payment realization, and maintaining solid relationships with existing and new clients. The CRM executive is responsible for handling high call volumes through CRM software, identifying customer needs, communicating schemes and offers, and ensuring accurate data entry for sales meetings and reporting.

This position requires consistent follow-ups, prospecting new business opportunities across multiple verticals, including channel partners, projects, government sectors, OEMs, and exports. The CRM Manager ensures business continuity by resolving client queries, supporting sales closures, increasing order value from existing customers, and contributing to revenue growth. The role demands high energy, discipline, and a solution-oriented approach to keep the sales pipeline active and efficient.

Job Role:




- Make a minimum of 100 outbound telecalls daily and handle approx. 70 inbound CRM calls
- Coordinate between clients, Area Sales Managers, and payment teams
- Generate orders and follow up for payment realization
- Increase order value from existing clients and acquire new customers
- Communicate schemes, offers, and product updates to clients
- Identify and develop opportunities across dealers, distributors, projects, architects, PSUs, OEMs, and exports
- Handle order calls, payment calls, and customer support queries
- Close high-value sales through effective negotiation and follow-up
- Maintain CRM data, meeting inputs, and sales reports
- Track KRAs such as calls, orders, payments, conversion ratio, and territory coverage
- Support weekly sales and payment targets district-wise
- Participate in training programs to upgrade product and process knowledge
